Remote Tech Recruiting Partner | Full-Cycle (LATAM & US)

LatamCent is seeking a Talent Partner to manage the full recruitment cycle. In this fully remote role, you will conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers across Latin America and the U.S.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, a strong track record in sourcing technical roles, and excellent organizational skills. This position offers a full-time remote contract with a competitive compensation package and benefits after 3 months.
