Remote Tech Lead, Data Engineering (Databricks)

Lumenalta is seeking a Tech Lead, Data Engineering to guide and mentor team members while owning the technical direction of data initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on expertise with Python & SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and AWS.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and a solid background in data architecture, pipeline design, and distributed systems. This is a fully remote position for candidates in Latin America, ensuring collaboration with teams aligned with U.S. time zones.
