Remote Talent Operations & Pipeline Specialist

Sophilabs is seeking an Operations Assistant in Colombia to support our operations team with clerical duties. Responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines, troubleshooting technical issues, and sourcing new applicants.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, advanced English proficiency, and a strong ability to manage time and priorities. This role offers full-time remote work from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
