An AI-native procurement platform is automating how enterprises run sourcing events, and is looking for a Supplier Engagement Coordinator to own supplier outreach and protect participation rates across live events.

With product-market fit validated, it is scaling its enterprise customer base — and the volume of live sourcing events is growing faster than automation alone can manage on the human side.
Day-to-day, you will call suppliers to confirm receipt of RFx invitations, walk them through deadlines, answer event questions, route technical issues to the account team, and flag at-risk suppliers before participation slips...
