Remote Student Success Coach — Mindset & Growth

Crossover is looking for a dedicated Student Success Coach to facilitate engaging virtual coaching for K-8 students. This full-time, remote position offers an opportunity to influence student learning through high-frequency mindset coaching.

Ideal candidates will have at least a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of coaching experience. Compensation is $30/hour, totaling $60,000/year for a full-time commitment, with a flexible schedule primarily aligned with U.S. hours.
