Remote Staffing Analyst - Global Candidates & Offers

Sophilabs based in Chile is searching for an Applicants Staffing Analyst. In this role, you will manage the candidate pipeline, explain various employment conditions across countries, and negotiate offer packages while keeping candidates updated on their application status.

Ideal candidates possess fluent English skills, exceptional communication abilities, and are technology savvy. This position allows for full-time remote work from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
