Remote SPED Coach & Onboarding Lead (Data-Driven)

tutor me la llc is looking for a Lead Tutor to onboard and coach K-12 tutors, ensuring high-quality instruction. This role is fully remote and requires a Bachelor's in Special Education or a related field along with at least 3 years of experience in K-12 SPED.

The ideal candidate will have proven coaching skills, data literacy, and the ability to communicate effectively. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Zoom is essential. Candidates must also be prepared to manage remote teachers effectively.
