Remote Shopify Support Agent | Customer Care & Growth

TalentPop App is hiring for a remote customer support role. You will respond to customers via chat, email, or phone, handling product information, orders, returns, and account concerns. You will use Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify to manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support.

The role requires excellent English communication and at least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience, preferably in ecommerce. A fully remote setup is offered with opportunities to grow with the company.
