Penbrothers is hiring a Service Desk Engineer in Makati, Philippines. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers reporting product issues, providing resolutions and maintaining communication throughout.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of Linux experience, strong customer handling skills, and is comfortable engaging with customers via phone. Additional experience in UNIX scripting and networking is a plus. This role supports 24x7 operations.
