Remote Senior Scheduler Maritime Industry

Join a prominent maritime company as a Senior Scheduler in Lévis. This largely remote role involves developing schedules and utilizing project management tools for impactful decision-making.

You will report to the Manager, Scheduling, and will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and analyzing project schedules with an emphasis on automation tools and P6 systems. Your expertise will assist in compiling data from various projects/programs, enabling effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive program/project schedules and interlink interfaces • Analyze and monitor project schedules against approved baselines • Deliver performance and progress reports as needed • Maintain automation tools for compiling and sharing data • Support trend reporting and mitigate scheduling delays
