Remote Senior ML Engineering Lead, AI/ML Team Manager

Caylent is looking for a Senior ML Team Leader to manage a remote team of engineers and architects. You will oversee hiring processes, develop team members, and ensure high performance while reporting to the Director of AI/ML.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in AWS and machine learning, as well as strong leadership skills. This is a fully remote position, available for candidates in Argentina and throughout Latin America.
