Join a leading Destination Management Company and manage high-end group travel from enquiry through to successful execution. Your Role: Manage MICE enquiries from quotation through to confirmation Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations and costings Coordinate accommodation, transport, venues, activities and events Liaise with suppliers and negotiate competitive rates Produce operational documentation and hand over confirmed bookings Support groups during travel and major events Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure seamless delivery Requirements Minimum 8 years' luxury travel reservations experience At least 5 years' MICE, incentives or large group reservations experience Previous experience with a Southern ...
