Remote Senior HVAC Operations Engineer

Offshore Launch is seeking a remote Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) to manage a high volume of work orders and oversee licensed technicians. You will be responsible for validating diagnoses, ensuring quality control, and maintaining communication with contractors.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and excellent organizational skills. This role offers a monthly compensation of $800–$1500 based on experience.
