Remote Senior HR Business Partner – Global Transformation

Foundever is seeking a Sr. Manager, Human Resources (Global Tech) to partner with senior leaders across Technology, Digital & AI, and Growth functions.

This remote role supports a global HR agenda, driving transformation, leadership capability, and strategic workforce planning in a fast‑moving, tech‑enabled environment. Reporting to the HR Director, you will work with COEs and Shared Services to translate strategy into action, design organizations, lead critical talent initiatives, and ensure
