Remote Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Distribution

Join our Transmission & Distribution team to work on engineering and construction projects across private, industrial, transmission/distribution, and renewables sectors. In this role you will be responsible for delivering practical electrical design solutions throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with senior leaders and providing guidance to junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Medium Voltage and Low Voltage network design work to DNO Standards.
• Provide distribution Open and Closed Ring and Radial feeder supply network solutions.
• Design Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Intake and Distribution Substation layouts, main primary plant and equipment.
• Provide secondary protection and control solutions, digesting equipment scheme circuit and wiring diagrams.
• Carry out Medium Voltage and Low Voltage cable sizing calculations, routing, section, and termination drawings.
