Remote Senior Bookkeeper & Team Lead (Xero Expert)

Balanced Beans is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to lead a portfolio of Australian clients from a fully remote setup. You will record transactions, generate financial statements, reconcile accounts, and oversee payroll while maintaining strict accuracy and compliance.

You will mentor junior staff and help optimise processes. You bring 6+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience, fluency with Xero, and strong organisational skills.
