Remote SDR - Full-Cycle B2B Sales with Uncapped Commission

Firstmate is seeking a remote Sales Representative to drive revenue through high-volume outbound sales to US roofing companies. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial calls to onboarding customers.

This position offers a base salary of $18,000–$24,000 with an uncapped commission potential of $32,000–$48,000 annually. Ideal candidates will have experience in B2B sales, communicate effectively in English, and be organized and self-motivated.
