Remote Salesforce Administrator — Optimize CRM Workflows

BatchData is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to assist with the maintenance and administration of our Salesforce org. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user management, including support tickets and training, while collaborating with various departments to enhance our Salesforce environment.

They will perform configuration changes, maintain data integrity, and build reports for Sales and Marketing. A Salesforce Certified Administrator designation is essential for this role, alongside hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and various tools such as Data Loader and Microsoft Excel.
