Remote Sales & Support VA — E‑commerce

TalentPop App is hiring a Sales and Support Virtual Assistant to join our 100% remote team. You will assist customers via live chat, email, SMS, and phone, recommend products, and manage orders while reflecting brand tone.

We value at least 1 year of remote sales or support experience, excellent English communication, and comfort with Shopify, Gorgias, and Zendesk. A quiet home workspace and reliable internet are essential.
