Remote Sales & CX Concierge (E-commerce)

TalentPop App is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Specialist (Brand Concierge) for a 100% remote e-commerce role. You will blend premium customer experience with proactive sales to maximize revenue, serving as the brand voice across channels and driving loyalty.

The role requires at least 1 year of remote sales and support experience, strong communication and persuasion skills, and familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools.
