Remote SaaS Onboarding Specialist for Clients

LE0002 DCX PH Inc. is hiring a DCX Client Services - Home-Based Implementation Specialist to guide clients through setup of our real-time market intelligence platform. The role focuses on dashboards, implementation tracking, and onboarding support from a remote location in the Philippines.

The candidate should have 2+ years in SaaS onboarding, strong project management, and experience with hospitality tech and PMS. Company equipment will be provided; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST alignment.
