Remote Retirement Support Specialist

Meridial is seeking a Customer Support Agent for a freelance project in Santiago, Chile. This role involves supporting clients with their retirement plans through phone, email, and live chat. Candidates should be fluent in English and have strong customer service skills.

The position requires multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Hours are 45-50 per week, primarily working 9:00 pm–6:00 pm US East Coast time. Compensation starts at $5.00 per hour.
