Remote Regional Field Trainer - Data-Driven Learning & Ops

Restaurant Brands International Inc. seeks a Regional Field Trainer for the LAC region. This fully remote role partners with L&D and operations to design, deliver, and measure training programs across RBI brands.

You will analyze data, drive performance improvements, and support change management initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in training roles within quick-service restaurants, strong LMS experience, and excellent English with Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
