Remote QA Lead & Quality Engineering Director

Omaze is seeking a QA Lead to establish and manage a strong QA team in Ciudad de Mendoza, Argentina. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end testing of software products and ensuring quality through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive software quality assurance experience, excellent team leadership skills, and be proficient in both English and Spanish. This position supports remote work with overlap in Eastern Time.
