Remote Provider Onboarding & Operations Coordinator

Pearl Talent is hiring a Provider Operations Coordinator to own the full onboarding lifecycle for clinicians joining our teletherapy network serving US states. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines and requires 2–5 years in healthcare operations along with strong screen-sharing training skills.

You will conduct 3–4 hour onboarding calls, train providers on EHR systems via screenshare, manage credentialing coordination, and maintain a detailed onboarding tracker.
