Remote Project Manager — ATS Implementation & Adoption

Vintti is looking for a Project Manager / Systems Analyst to lead the implementation of Lever ATS. This role can be remote or hybrid with a preference for U.S.-based candidates. The ideal applicant will have ATS implementation experience and will be responsible for configuration, data integrity, and driving system adoption.

Key responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of implementation, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and configuring workflows to support recruiting initiatives.
