In this fully remote role, you will coordinate with Sales, Product, and customers to define project scopes and deliver successful outcomes. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer relationships and ensuring project success while managing timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate project scope with stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, budget, and customer expectations
• Facilitate third-party enrollment on the Nulogy platform
• Develop and deliver tailored strategic project plans
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Account or Project Management in SaaS
