Remote PLC Controls Engineer – Technical Support

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a skilled Controls Engineer to join its Technical Support group in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service support, especially within the material handling industry.

Your role will involve troubleshooting complex systems and providing customer support remotely. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. There may be travel involved, approximately 10-20%.
