Remote Performance Ad Video Specialist

GrowthAssistant is hiring an Ad Creative Video Specialist to join a fast-paced, fully remote performance marketing agency. You will turn light briefs or scripts into multiple high-performing ad variations for TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, applying direct response hooks and retention-focused pacing.

You'll lead creative calls, manage a busy editing queue, and leverage AI tools to accelerate output, while iterating based on ad performance data and meeting tight deadlines for
