Remote Partner Operations & Systems Leader

Supabase is seeking a senior Partner Operations & Systems Lead to own the operational backbone of Partnerships. You will design systems, processes, and reporting, and build internal tools with AI-assisted development to move quickly and scale the org.
You’ll report to the Head of Partnerships and work with regional leads, shaping where partnerships invest and how the team executes across tech, data, and operations. This is a senior, hands-on role with broad influence.
