Remote Operations & Client Success Leader (LATAM)

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking an Operations & Client Success Manager to own post-sale delivery, foster client retention, and optimize agency operations across Meta Ads, organic content, and production projects.

The role requires 3+ years in client-facing leadership within marketing agencies, excellent English communication, and experience building SOPs and scalable systems. This is a 100% remote, full-time contractor position, open to LATAM candidates.
