Remote Operations Analyst - Data-Driven Service Delivery

Caylent is a fully remote global company seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Service Delivery Operations team. You will support end-to-end workflows including project setup, staffing coordination, forecasting, and data analysis to ensure delivery processes meet standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in business operations, strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience with Certinia PSA and Salesforce.
