Remote Onboarding & Implementation Lead

PetDesk is looking for an enthusiastic Implementation Manager to join our team remotely in Latin America. The role focuses on onboarding and configuring new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition to our client communication software designed for veterinary clinics.

Your main tasks will include leading the implementation process, conducting training sessions, and solving customer challenges. Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills are essential.

This is a full-time remote opportunity and requires contractors to provide their own equipment and maintain stable internet connectivity.
