Remote MEL Advisor – Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

The Centre d'étude et de coopération internationale is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Advisor to support country programming in Cana, Philippines. The role involves collaborating on data management and oversight, evaluating partner organizations, and supporting in the development of performance plans.

This is a virtual position with a flexible schedule allowing for 5 to 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree and strong skills in project monitoring and evaluation.
