Remote Medical Receptionist & Appointment Specialist

Winning Assistants is looking for a part-time Medical Receptionist & Patient Scheduling specialist to work remotely from the Philippines. This role will involve assisting patients with scheduling, managing calls, and handling insurance inquiries in a busy healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in English, and has experience with EHR systems like Athena Health. Strong phone communication skills and a healthcare background are preferred.

This position offers a flexible schedule, from Monday to Friday, working 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM CDT.
