Remote Marketing Proposal & Estimating Coordinator

True Insight Marketing is seeking a Marketing/Market Research Proposal & Estimating Coordinator to support new business and proposal development from intake through delivery handoff. This remote, full-time role collaborates with leadership, research, strategy, and vendors to turn opportunities into well-scoped, estimated proposals.

The candidate must have a marketing, market research, consulting, or agency background and 3–7+ years in proposal coordination, estimating, or related roles.
