Remote Marketing Account Executive — Client Success

Step Change is a remote, full-time marketing agency role seeking a Client Success Executive to be the day-to-day heartbeat of client relationships, keeping projects on track and clients informed. You will support the Senior client-facing team while coordinating with strategy, creative and digital squads.

You will oversee campaign delivery, produce regular status updates, and proactively spot risks before they escalate.
