You will be collaborating with a full-service association management company located Chicago that offers a great service to homeowner associations.
The schedule for this job is Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm with 1 hour break.
What would you do?
Process work orders as received by confirming receipt to the homeowner and assigning the appropriate vendor.
- Maintain good rapport with other departments and Regions that this position works closely with to assist owners as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Maintain good rapport with property owners, promptly responding to their work orders and providing updated timelines as projects are scheduled.
- Adhere to corporate service inquiry procedure for logging calls.
- Forward all maintenance issues/requests to the appropriate staff or vendor via the CRM Work Order program.
