Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Remote Business Development & Lead Generation Support Specialist to support a Europe-based pharma and biotech business development professional. The role focuses on lead research, outreach support, and light business development–related administrative tasks. This position is fully remote and best suited for someone who can independently identify high-quality prospects, apply sound judgment to qualify leads, and work efficiently using modern tools and AI.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential leads in the pharma, biotech, CRO, and CDMO sectors using LinkedIn, company websites, and relevant databases
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria such as role, company profile, and strategic relevance
• Draft and manage email and LinkedIn outreach, including follow-ups and basic relationship nurturing
• Schedule introductory calls when prospects express interest
• Maintain and update lead lists in Google Sheets or CRM tools
