Remote Junior Customer Success Agent

At Atolls, a world’s largest community-driven shopping platform, we seek a Junior Customer Success Agent to join our remote Customer Support team in Malaga. You’ll resolve customer needs efficiently, improve support processes, and link customers with internal teams to shape the digital destinations users rely on during their shopping journeys.

You’ll collaborate with Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance and IT to escalate issues, monitor feedback, and contribute to a better customer journey.
