Remote IT Support Technician (L1) – MSP, Bilingual

Superstaff is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Technician who will deliver exceptional helpdesk and technical support from Bogotá. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting various technical issues using Microsoft 365 tools and providing assistance in both Spanish and English.

This remote position includes working standard business hours and participating in after-hours on-call rotation for critical issues. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with relevant technologies and a strong customer-first approach.
