Remote IT Support Specialist – Night Shift

Nielsen is seeking a Technical Support Representative to provide remote software and hardware support for both internal employees and external parties. Key responsibilities include logging support requests, troubleshooting various devices, and providing help with Microsoft Windows and G Suite.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in technical support, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills. The job requires working US hours during the night in the Philippines.
