Remote IT Support Specialist for AI Enterprise

Robots and Pencils is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist based in Latin America. In this role, you will provide escalated support for employees across North America and Latin America, tackling complex IT issues and keeping operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on IT support experience, particularly with Microsoft 365 tools, and a strong command of written and spoken English and Spanish.
