Remote Implementation Lead - Onboarding & Training

PetDesk, based in Buenos Aires, is seeking an Implementation Manager to onboard and configure new customers with our client communication software. The position is fully remote, aligning with North American business hours.

You will lead the implementation process, conduct training sessions, and build lasting relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical skills, and fluency in English.
