Remote Humanitarian Communications Consultant

Oxfam Pilipinas, hosting Start Network programmes in the Philippines, seeks a communications consultant on a retainer basis to deliver case stories, explainer content, articles, and multimedia products for the CARF PH team.

You will generate up to two deliverables per month, including press materials and a year-end digital newsletter, and you may conduct on-site coverage for events while working primarily remotely.
