Remote HR Operations Lead — Onboarding & HRIS Expert

MetaProp is seeking an experienced HR Operations Generalist to manage onboarding and maintain HRIS records in Argentina. This remote-first role is aligned with Eastern or Central time zones.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree, alongside strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of U.S. employment laws, contributing significantly to our HR processes.
