Remote HR Operations Generalist: Onboarding & Payroll

MetaProp is looking for an HR Operations Generalist to work remotely from Argentina. The role focuses on managing onboarding processes, maintaining HRIS records, and supporting payroll functionalities.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of HR experience and possess a Bachelor's degree. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills and proficiency with Microsoft tools are necessary. Familiarity with U.S. employment laws is a plus, and availability in alignment with Eastern or Central time zones is required.
