Romega Solutions is seeking a Head of Optics/Opto-Electronics Design for a remote role. Lead the design and integration of advanced optical and electro-optical systems for defence, aerospace, UAV, and satellite platforms.
The candidate will be a recognized expert in SWIR/MWIR/LWIR and multi-spectral systems with hands-on involvement in payloads, seekers, surveillance systems, and EO/IR pods. Preference given to those with experience across UK, Israel, Europe, and Eastern Europe defence programs.
