Remote Head of Operations — Scale & Systems

Importante grupo is seeking a Head of Operations to build and own the operating system of a fast-growing DTC brand in Colombia. This role will focus on ensuring the business runs efficiently and effectively, while enabling growth without direct oversight from the Founder.

The ideal candidate must possess strong operational management skills, be capable of leading cross-functional teams, and have experience in finance and process optimization. The position offers a fully remote working environment and a long-term independent contractor arrangement.
