Remote Growth ML Engineer: MMM/LTV for Marketing

Cleo in Europe is seeking a (Senior) Machine Learning Engineer to build MMM and LTV models within the Growth domain, deploy them on Cleo’s ML platform, and integrate with OpenAI, Anthropic, GCP, and AWS. You will work with backend engineers, data analysts, UX writers, and product managers to ship features that improve users’ financial health.

This role emphasizes mentorship, productionising research, and owning end-to-end model development.
